The wine presents a brilliant colour with early reflections of a clear golden hue.
The mousse is creamy and the sparkle is extremely fine and continuous.
The aroma is intense and complex, with elegant notes of golden delicious apple, bread crust and with an ‘encore’ or after-aroma of citrus fruit.
To the palate the flavour is fresh, dry, savoury and well-balanced with a strong persistence and distinct mineral character.
