TASTING NOTES

From its initial crystal clear reflections the straw-yellow colour will be perfectly evident.

The intense and exuberant mousse is accompanied by a very fine, continuous and persistent perlage. The aroma is complex, presenting an essential pureness, with elegant hints of chamomile, wild flowers, alfalfa, acacia, golden apple and a slight hint of lemon peel.

To the palate it is full and dry, savoury and pleasantly delicate, with a significant mineral character and fresh acidity.
