The wine presents a brilliant golden colour. The mousse is creamy with a very fine, continuous perlage. The intense, composite aroma, with elegant hints of peach and tropical fruit, also offers a delicate fragrance of crusty bread.
The texture is soft, delicate and silky, with an elegant persistence and a good balance between the structure and acidity of the wine.
