In terms of appearance the wine presents an evident, deep golden colour with an exuberant and rich mousse. A very fine, continuous perlage generates voluptuous fountains of effervescence. The intense aroma, with elegant hints of ripe apple-like fruit is also reminiscent of white flowers and crusty bread.
To the palate it has a dry, full and savoury and yet at the same time fine and delicate taste, with considerable persistence and a significant mineral character.
