The color is a bright light gold. The mousse is creamy and the extra-fine and continuous perlage increases voluptuous “fountains”.
The nose offers a lively and well-balanced aroma: elegant citrus tones of tangerine and lemon are well contrasted by hints of fresh mint, basil and wildflowers.
Our zero dosage, from only Chardonnay grapes, amplifies the citrus fruit at the base thanks to a long stay on yeasts making it dry and vertical.
